Founder & Chairwoman
Odil Nyombo Lenga Wade is a Congolese aviation professional with more than 18 years of international experience in airline operations, commercial strategy, ground services, aircraft brokerage, and aviation project development.
She has collaborated with aviation stakeholders across Africa and internationally, supporting the structuring of MRO facilities, aviation training centers, and fleet acquisition programs.
Her goal is to help strengthen aviation capability in West and Central Africa through technical excellence and responsible development.
